What is FunStuff.at?
We are your humorous online shop for shirts, mugs, hoodies & co. – designed with charm, printed on-demand, delivered with ❤️.

Who is behind it?
A small Austrian team with a great sense of humor. We print with Printful – sustainable, high-quality, and customized.

🛒 Order & Payment

How do I order from you?
Simply select the product, specify the size or personalization, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fun factor included!

What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards 💳, PayPal 🐧, and Klarna 💥 (invoice, Sofort, and installment payments). Everything's secure and fast.

When will the payment be debited?
Directly when you order – don’t worry, we’re not buying Lambos with it, but new ideas.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Our products are printed fresh to order. Delivery time:

  • Austria: 3–7 working days

  • Germany: 4–8 working days

How much does shipping cost?
Between €3.95 and €10.59 – depending on the product and destination. You'll see the exact amount during checkout.

How can I track my package?
You will receive an email with a tracking link after shipment – ​​no need to search for traces.

🔁 Returns & Personalization

Can I return or exchange products?

  • Standard products: Within 14 days – as long as they are unworn and unprinted.

  • Personalized products: Unfortunately not – these cannot be exchanged (except in the case of defects).

What counts as personalized?
Products with personalized text, dates, or custom designs – everything we create just for you.

My product arrived faulty – what should I do?
Take a photo and send it to us at shop@funstuff.at – we’ll take care of it quickly and easily.

🧼 Technology & Care

How do I wash printed clothes?
Always wash inside out at 30°C, no tumble drying. This way it stays like new for a long time.

How durable is the print?
Our prints will last through many washes if properly cared for – tested and approved (even by grandma’s washing machine).

Are the cups dishwasher safe?
Yes – but hand washing increases the lifespan.
