You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason - only applies to standard products without personalization .

The period begins on the day on which you (or someone on your behalf) physically received the product.

📦 Return & Refund

• Please only return items after contacting us in advance so that we can give you the correct return address (depending on the production location via Printful).

• The products must be unworn, unused and, if possible, in their original packaging .

• Return costs: You bear these yourself – except in cases of manufacturing defects or transport damage.

• Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of goods using your original payment method.

⚠️ Important information

• Personalized products (e.g. with your name, desired text or date) are excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 18 FAGG), except in the case of errors .

• In case of manufacturing defects or damage, please report them within 7 days of delivery – ideally with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.

• Returns without prior arrangement cannot be guaranteed to be processed.

• Unclaimed or undeliverable packages will be stored with our logistics partner for 30 days. Please contact us for redelivery—with new shipping costs, if necessary.
